Case Management Services

The Dauphin SCA provides Case Management and Intensive Case Management services to clients. Evaluations are provided through subcontracted Outpatient Providers, the Dauphin SCA, Dauphin County Prison, Schaffner Youth Center, Neighborhood Reporting Center, and local area hospitals providing an immediate referral to an appropriate level of care. The SCA also contracts with Hamilton Health Center to provide Intensive Case Management services to pregnant women and women with children.

Case Coordination is a function of case management through which the SCA ensures that the individual's treatment and non-treatment needs are addressed.
