The Dauphin County Industrial Development was organized in 1967 as the finance arm of the DCDCED. The DCIDA’s work includes tax-exempt and taxable bonds as well as mortgage financing for manufacturing companies and non-profit organizations establishing corporate headquarters in Dauphin County. The DCIDA participates in millions of dollars in new construction and rehabilitation each year through recruitment and expansion projects.

PUBLIC NOTICE – CHANGE OF LOCATION
The Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority and the Dauphin County Economic Development Corporation monthly meetings will now be held in the Dauphin County Administration Building, 2 S. Second Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room #214, Harrisburg, PA 17101. The monthly meetings will still be held at their regularly scheduled time at 12 p.m. (noon) local time on the third Thursday of the month for the 2025 year apart from the meeting in June.
