Notary Services

Limited notary services are available to the general public in the Dauphin County Treasurer's Office.  Our office cannot notarize deeds or vehicle titles.  The signer must appear in person and present valid, government-issued ID.  

Notary Fees:
$5.00 per document; cash, check, money order, credit card* or debit card* accepted
*Additional $2.00 fee per transaction for credit or debit card payments will be added by the card processor

Notary Hours:
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday

It is recommended that you call prior to appearing in the office to ensure a notary is on duty at the time of your visit and is able to notarize your document.
