ALLEY. YOU MUST PASS THROUGH SECURITY.**
Sale Registration to be held
From Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, through Friday, June 5th, 2026
9:00am to 3:00pm
At the Tax Claim Bureau office
2 South Second Street, 1st Floor Harrisburg, PA 17101.
Per PA Act 33 of 2021, registration will ONLY be held during the above timeframe.
Photo ID and a current up to date mailing address are required to register.
Registration fee is $100 – payable by cash or check only.
You may print and fill out a copy of Certification & Affidavit Form (see below)
and bring with you to registration. Affidavit must be notarized.
No Sale shall be cancelled, and money returned to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research property prior to auction. Make sure of what you are buying.
ATTENTION REGISTERED BIDDERS: The initial bid will be $500 to $2,000 depending upon the amount of delinquent tax due.
