Join us for Walk with a Doc, a community wellness program that combines light physical activity with simple, practical health tips. Dr. Everett Hills will lead this moderately paced walk and share insights on heart health along the way.

Participants will meet in the National Civil War Museum parking lot before setting out on an out‑and‑back route, allowing everyone to choose a walking distance that feels comfortable. The path is fully paved and accessible for wheelchair users. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and leashed dogs are welcome. Pre‑registration is required, and space is limited. This Park Rx wellness program is sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield and supported by Penn State Health, with coordination from Susquehanna Township Parks and Recreation, the Capital Area Greenbelt Association, and Dauphin County Parks & Recreation.
