Yoga Nidra: Guided Relaxation - Park Rx

Embark on a transformative journey with our Yoga Nidra class, designed to lead you into a profound state of relaxation and inner peace. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that guides you through the layers of consciousness, offering deep rest and rejuvenation.

In this guided meditation relaxation, restore the body and mind.  You will be invited to settle in, get comfortable, and do nothing. Enhance your calm. Lie down for 35 – 45 minutes and let yourself be guided with breath and body awareness techniques. Instructor: Erika Malorzo from CommUNITY Yoga Space. This program will be held outdoors, unless there is inclement weather, then it will be moved to an indoor location. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited.
