Veteran ID Discount Card Program

If you are a Veteran
This is a reward program for you, who have bravely served this country, offering discounts on local business products and services. To obtain your Dauphin County Veteran Discount Card, please visit the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds office along with your DD-214, as well as official ID, such as a driver's license. We will record the discharge papers, take a photo and provide you with an ID card immediately. This card will enable you to receive special discounts at local businesses. Information for Vendors
The Veterans Discount Card Program will offer your business a chance to be one of the Dauphin County pioneers in furthering a "veteran friendly" purchasing opportunity for those who have served our country. We ask county business owners to consider providing a special offer to veterans that present their ID card. The offer can be a percentage discount or special monetary reduction.

These clearly marked ID cards will be issued by the Dauphin County Recorder of Deeds office, which also records DD-214 forms and Honorable Military Discharge papers. Participating veterans will be cleared through the Veterans Discount Card application process and accompanying paperwork.
