We’ve teamed up with the Chinese Cultural & Arts Institute to provide a workshop where you'll learn to assemble and to cook Chinese Dumplings! Prepared dough and filling will be provided, and you’ll have a hands-on opportunity to put together dumplings, learn how to make the dough and filling then cook them onsite. Once the dumplings are cooked, you’ll be able to sample what you’ve made.

 This program is suitable for adults and children 7 years of age and older. All children will need to be accompanied by an adult. Program capacity is limited. Advance reservations are required. This is a non-refundable program. In the event of inclement weather, the program may be canceled, and participants will be provided a full refund should this be necessary. This is a Park Rx program sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield.
